From arrivals to your hotel, without the queue
Your driver is inside the terminal with your name on a sign, waiting before you reach the exit. No queue at the taxi stand, no agreeing a price on the pavement with your luggage beside you.
We check your flight on the day you travel. If you land late, your pickup moves with it and there is no extra charge. If you land at three in the morning, the fare is still the one you agreed when you booked.
Heraklion town is about fifteen minutes away, Knossos twenty. Agios Nikolaos and Elounda are an hour to the east; Rethymno a little over an hour to the west, Chania a little over two. Whichever direction you are going, the route is set before you land.

How much is a taxi from Heraklion Airport to my hotel?
Fares start at €25 for Heraklion town and Knossos, around €37 to Hersonissos, €78 to Agios Nikolaos, €97 to Rethymno and €172 to Chania.

We track it. Your pickup time moves with the flight and there is no charge for the delay.
If a diversion or cancellation means you land somewhere else entirely, message us on WhatsApp and we will reschedule.
Is the price per person or per car?
Per car. The listed fare covers up to three passengers with three suitcases.
Larger groups, or heavier luggage, are quoted for a minivan or minibus at the booking stage.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request, at no extra cost — tell us the children’s ages when you book so the right seat is fitted before we leave.
Can I book a transfer for a late-night or early-morning arrival?
Yes. We operate around the clock and the fare does not change with the hour.
How far is Heraklion Airport from the city centre?
About four kilometres — roughly fifteen minutes by car, depending on traffic on the coastal road.
Can we stop at Knossos on the way to the hotel?
Often, yes.
A short stop can usually be added for a supplement — ask when you book. For anything longer, one of our private tours will suit you better.
How do I pay?
Whichever way suits you.
Booking online, you can pay by card — either the full fare or a 30% deposit, with the balance settled at the end of the journey.
